Bonner General Hospital in Sandpoint serves most of Bonner and Boundary counties along with Boundary Community Hospital in Bonners Ferry. Sandpoint also has an urgent care center downtown. The Silver Valley is well provided for by the Shoshone Medical Center in Kellogg as well as the SMC Health and Wellness Center. The Benewah Community Hospital is in St. Maries.

The Benewah Medical and Wellness Center (BMC/WC) is located in Benewah County in the Panhandle of Idaho on the Coeur d’ Alene Indian Reservation.
