Coeur d’Alene Ironman

Coeur d’Alene hosted its first full Ironman in 2003 and was wildly successful for many years, with peak participation around 2011. Due to difficulty achieving the necessary volunteers, the final full race was held in 2017.

However, for 2021, the full IRONMAN Coeur d’Alene returns as part of the new rotating series. St George, Utah plays host to the first stop in September of 2020. The second stop, Coeur d’Alene, will take place on June 27th 2021.

IRONMAN 70.3 Coeur d’Alene is the best-kept secret on the 70.3 circuits. Escape to this quaint town. As the sun rises over calm and clear Lake Couer d’Alene, you’ll see the full beauty of the area with its breathtaking views filled with gorgeous lakes and mountains. 2020 would have celebrated the 5th year of IRONMAN 70.3 Coeur d’Alene.

The 2020 IRONMAN 70.3, which was canceled due to Covid, would have offered slots to the 2021 IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship in St. George, Utah. The 70.3 race will be rescheduled to 2021. For more info, visit: www.ironmancda.com.
